The product is thick. Because there is minimal top to bottom gap on the compartment slide, it did not seem like this would fit under when the slide is opened, but it does slide with no problem and the help of their spatula tool to install it under the edge. It is very sticky. If you're good at putting stickers on, then it will be easy for you. If not, just take. your time. it took me a couple tries and I was able to peel and re-stick it. It is a nice protective covering. They have several colors, but I really like the wood look to match the dash and I feel it adds to the total look inside the car.Overall, it is a cool product to add to the look of your car while adding another layer of protection.Edit: I had contacted the seller to purchase just the compartment slide part, because I messed up the install. They replied quickly (the same day) with super customer care and sent me an entire kit for free.
