I will give this a 5 only because it looks good if not better than the original shiny console that shows scratches like crazy. It also fits perfectly if you do it right. But BUT don't go like scratch it to really test if it is scratch proof. Especially not with your nails you will be a little disappointed but again it looks great and I'm sure for certain it's more scratch proof than the original center console.
